How does the subscription work?

Build a routine or pick your coffees, choose a delivery rhythm (every 2, 3 or 4 weeks), and we deliver automatically. You’re in control — change anything anytime from your account.

Can I skip or pause?

Yes. Skip a delivery, pause for a bit, or cancel altogether — all in a couple of taps. No phone calls, no awkward chats.

Your coffee

How much coffee should I order?

It depends how far you want a bag to go — so we’ve made it easy. The Coffee Calculator on every product page shows how many cups each size makes (roughly 14 from 250g, 28 from 500g and 56 from 1kg) and the price per cup, so you can see exactly what you’re getting before you choose.

Do I need to know which grind I want?

No. Tell us what you make your coffee with — bean-to-cup, home espresso, cafetière, filter or moka pot — and we grind each bag to match. Bean-to-cup machines get whole beans. You can change it per coffee, any time. Pack sizes are 250g, 500g or 1kg.

How fresh is the coffee?

Every bag is roasted to order in small batches and shipped soon after roasting — you’ll see the roast date printed on the bag.

What if I don’t like it?

Tell us what wasn’t working and we’ll help you find a coffee that’s a better fit. Sorting it out is on us.
