Good coffee, minus the homework
Speciality coffee got very good and very complicated at the same time. We kept the first part and dropped the second.

Nobody should need a glossary to buy coffee
Walk into speciality coffee and you are asked about washed versus natural, about roast dates and altitude, about which grind setting suits your machine — before anyone asks the only question that matters, which is how you actually drink it.
We started Also because the coffee was worth it and the experience was not. Same beans, same care, none of the quiz.

You tell us the kit. We handle the grind.
Bean-to-cup machines get whole beans. Cafetières get a coarse grind. Espresso machines get it fine, filter gets it medium, moka pots sit between the two. You pick the coffee you fancy and we match the rest.
It sounds small. It is the difference between a bag that works on the first cup and one that sits in the cupboard.

A subscription you can actually control
Every two, three or four weeks — and skip, pause or cancel in a couple of taps. No phone call, no retention script, no minimum term.
If a coffee is not working for you, tell us and we will help you find one that does. Sorting that out is on us.
Four promises
Roasted to order
Bags are roasted in small batches and sent soon after, with the roast date printed on the pack. Nothing sits in a warehouse.
Ground for your kit
Tell us what you brew with once. Every bag after that arrives ready to use — or as whole beans if that is what your machine wants.
Never locked in
Skip, pause, change your coffee or cancel altogether, whenever you like, from your account.
Put right, no quibble
If a bag is not right, we will replace it or help you switch to something that suits you better.
Let us find your coffee
A few quick questions about how you drink coffee, and we will put together a routine that fits it.
